So. I feel slow now, but while texting my friend about finding tooons of Scaris girls but no Deuces, I finally figured out why his name is Deuce. Because snake eyes. Haha.
I feel slow, because I'm not only from Vegas, I've been running a deadlands campaign and it deals a lot with dice and gambling hands.

Anyone else have a suddenly "Oh, that's why" moment with any of the pun names?

I always thought it was Deuce because he was like a "dude" kinda guy, that they portrayed  him as in the webisode and specials, but this makes WAYY More sense.

That's what I always thought too, since a lot of the MH characters have names relating to their parent(s).  I like that it could be a double-layered meaning though.

In dice games when you roll two dice, if they both come up 1s you lose. It's called snake eyes because it's almost always a losing roll, snakes are seen as evil/betrayal, and the two dots look like a pair of eyes. Here's the wikipedia explanation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snake_eyes
The other idea, is that Dusa, the second half of Medusa, sounds like Deuce.

Deuce also means two, so two dots, snake eyes.
