I would love to sign it.  But, I won't sign it from this website.  The reason why is because I signed another petition related to video games from this website and after I did that I got a bunch of junk mail from this website about other petitions I could sign.  As much as I want other characters, and as much as I would love to sign it I'm sorry I can't.  I feel really bad.

Pinkiepony brought up a very good point in her blog.  100 signatures is not going to sway Hasbro.  MLP is making money hand over fist for them the way they're doing it.  I would argue that they're catering to a market that will mostly disappear as soon as Friendship is Magic ends, and they've done nothing to really make Generation 4 outlive the show.  However, most share holders don't care what will happen a year or two from now, they care about their next dividend check and that's based on this quarter's profit margin.

Then thing is, it wouldn't hurt them to open up the character pool.  They already have trademarks galore thanks to the blindbags.  They just need to make brushable version of them which would have no added cost but might lead to a noticeable increase in sales.

I would like to sign this, but it has personal information required, which I'm very protective of. I think Hasbro is trying too hard to please just the bronies, because their are more of them than the collectors (AKA: Us). I could imagine if they made a Sweetie Drops brushable, the bronies would probably be pleased. The bronies, I supppose, just need to learn that not every single thing can be show accurate, they just need to live with brushables being there.
