Is this a G1 MLP Accessory?

Hey there, pony people! Do any of you recognize this? I just looked at accessories on My Little Wiki, but didn't see it there. It was in a bag with other pony things, so that made me think maybe it was MLP, but now I'm not really sure. Would love some help.

I don't recognize it. Is the fabric color the same on both sides?

I have picked up a LOT of random unidentified accessories from Pony lots, that's for sure!

I hear you on the random stuff. This was probably from a garage sale I went to in 2002. My dad and I used to do that a lot back then.

That’s not an accessory that I’ve ever seen, from any generation.  I collect accessories and Ponywear from all generations, and I specialize in all Ponywear, especially Nirvana Ponywear(aka the weird stuff), and I’ve never seen that before. I have no idea what it could be. I have a passing familiarity with other girl’s toy lines from accessory lots, and I haven’t seen that one before.

You could scrounge around Ghost of the Doll and see if you get lucky. You can’t search for things like that on the site, but if you spend enough time going through the pages with a fine toothed comb, you might spot it in a picture.

Gotcha. Thanks for the MLP gut check! I might try posting in the forums on the GOTD website and see what I get there. I tried to get an account, but the activation email never seems to arrive.

GOTD has a great Facebook page for IDs but there's also this Facebook group who are great at that sort of thing.

Oh my gosh, yes! That's it! I found a pic of it on eBay. It's the hat for the Berry Wear set "Berry Quaint, Peasant outfit."
