I hatched a pidgey the other day. >< Such a disappointment

One of the eggs I was hatching today was a Weedle. 

Caught some cool stuff today at the grocery store, haha. I have enough Meowth candies to evolve it, and I finally got a Pinsir!

She ran outta Poke balls trying to catch a meowth this morning. We were gonna go to the pokestop and get her more but it's 103 and  6:20pm

I lost a scyther at the gas station. I was ticked!

I went for a walk after work. Just wandering, no real plan. I was MANY blocks from home (maybe a mile) when it started to thunder. I knew that was my cue to go home, but I was only a block away from a church with two PokeStops. I decided to grab those stops and then head home. Yeah, I wasn't fast enough. I got a little drenched on the way home. Passed by a used car dealership on the way home. Two people were sitting by their picture window laughing at me as I walked past in the rain. As I approached my house a car stopped in the road and the guy (a total stranger!) offered me a ride. Eek! Even if I wasn't already at my house, I still wouldn't have gotten in the car with him.

On the bright side I hatched two eggs! One was a Poliwag and the other was my first Slowpoke.

Most of my eggs have been huge disappointments! I keep hoping to get some more 10k eggs, but I keep getting 2k and 5k.  If I hatch another Pidgey I'm going to throw my phone lol

Ha! I know the feeling! Totally reminds me of a few years ago at college when a friend and I decided to chance it going to a bus stop all of the way across the campus - it started POURING halfway there. We were soaked. Soaked so bad I couldn't even sell my books back, even though they were in my backpack. o.o

Glad you didn't get in his car - moreover I'm glad you were close to home at that point so he didn't have a chance to keep on bothering you about it. Hopefully he didn't see where you live. D:

Nope, 5k. Ugh, i would scream if it was a Pidgey! And RainbowrificRenia, I'd probably quit the game if I hatched a freaking Weedle!!

haha be prepared for it then, I hatch weedles and pidgeys all the time. Most of the 2k eggs are disappointing, you only sometimes get something good.

Speaking of that, I literally just hatched two eggs but my game froze. Rebooted the app and checked recent Pokemon and I got a 850ish CP Growlithe, not bad, and a 700ish Oddish (although I already have my nice Vileplume).

I hatched a couple of 5km eggs this morning - a Voltorb and a Goldeen. I had never seen a Voltorb in Pokemon GO, much less caught one, so that was a nice surprise. I still could use some Goldeen's to evolve to Seaking, too, so it was actually great.

The first time I hatched eggs both of them were Exeggcutes, which was annoying because they're quite common where I live... but hatching those two did allow me to evolve, so that part was great.

  found a growthlithe and an amazing fossil Pokémon nest out here in DFW! My husband CAUGHT an aerodactyl and I have almost enough candies to evolve my omanyte now!!!!! Makes perfect since around Dallas is known for its upper cretaceous fossils! Sooooooo YEAH omg definetly going to do some traveling every day I get off work now! Im about an hour from Dallas, 4 from Austin. Heck, husband and I are even talking about going to Austin just for some Pokémon and Fazolis! So right now im at 92 caught, 94 seen!

She caught vulpix and koffing at the dollar store. Lol its rocky, purple butt was just chilling in the front as we walked in.

We discovered several gyms and poke stops in that are too. She finally joined a team. She is Team Valor.

There's an update out(at least for android) and now they've broken the tracking completely!  At least when they all showed up as 3 steps away, you could click on them and maybe tell what direction they were from you (it would pulse when you were heading the right way) Now you can't even do that!
