LPS Cart/Wagon-thing ID?

I just got this in with a lot of ponies I won from ebay. I'm pretty sure it's LPS (mostly due to the 'LPS' logo on the back lol), but not sure what it is or what it came with as I don't collect LPS myself. Just hoping someone could ID it for me?

Its LPS. i think its for the goat or the donkey!
