I love the Tsum Tsum plushies! :lol: I've got over 100 mini ones now with no doubles and no holiday or variant ones. Can't wait for The Little Mermaid ones this Tues and then Inside Out next month!

Is anybody else surprised by what's in the Lilo & Stitch set? I was expecting there to be an alternate version of Stitch in his red spacesuit. Kinda like how they did with Baymax with and without his armor. And where the heck is Pleakly!?! They can make Jumba, but not Pleakly? I certainly NEVER thought that they would make the duckling. I had to stare at it for a full minute before it sank in as to what that one even was.
And to answer somebody's question.... 101 Dalmatians was made back in Jan or Feb. The Lion King hasn't been done yet, but I'm sure it's in the works. That movie is too popular for them to not do it. I'd also like to see them do Bolt and Brother Bear. Rhino the hamster would be sooooooo CUTE as a Tusm Tsum!

They are made an extremely soft minky-like fabric, though I'm not sure the bodies are as detailed as those on some of the TsumTsums.

I'm not sure if anyone else uses Disney Movie Rewards but the basic gimmick is there is a code packaged in with all Disney DVDs/Blu-Rays you input the code on the website and you can redeem it towards free Disney stuff like more movies and other random stuff, this month they are doing a random Tsum Tsum for 300 points. I've got a fair bit of points stockpiled so I redeemed for two to see who I will get.:shocked: I have thousands of points!!!!!!!!eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I'm part of a few Tsum Tsum groups on facebook, I've only seen two people post what they got as their Disney Movie Reward mystery tsums so far one person got a mouse from Cinderella (not Gusgus, I can't remember the name maybe Jacques?) and the other got Elsa from Frozen. I'll definitely post what I get when the new ones arrive though depending on who we get my daughter might end up with them. Needless to say I snapped one up, it was really really weird to see him there though. I missed out on him and most of the Big Hero 6 stuff so I was excited. Even the DS employees were confused and surprised, they said they weren't aware he was going to be re-stocked. I have a good feeling about a lot of these desirable sold out tsums being made available again, either through Target or re-stocking. ^.^
I picked up the Toy Story Alien at Target today! They had one each of the Alien, Peas, Jessie, Bullseye, Woody, The Prospector, and Lotso...and it was all I could do to only pick out ONE for DD :) ALSO, Target Cartwheel has 10% all toys, so you can get $.50 off a Tsum Tsum lol every little bit helps! (off topic: I picked up tennis shoes for DD today for only $4, on clearance and using Cartwheel...super awesome!)Awesome! Thanks for the tip on the Cartwheel coupon. :)

If you want authentic ones, look for either Japanese or US sellers. Hong kong is tricky because they do get real tsums there but they also produce a lot of fakes. The Tsums from China/Hong Kong are almost certainly bootlegs, so it depends on how much you care about authenticity.

Oh man!! I have sort of gotten addicted these guys recently!! Did you guys hear about the Tsum Tsum video game being tested at some arcades in the U.S.? I happened to stumble upon one at my local Dave n Busters a couple months ago! Every time you play, you have the option to buy a little cell phone charm of a tsum tsum character! I played once, since the line was super long, and I got "sleeping Elsa", which is apparently a variant!

My target had an awesome 4-sided display of Tsum Tsums near apparel! They had all the new tsumies including Inside Out, Frozen, ad the complete 2014 Japan holiday ones! I unfortunately decided to pick up these little vinyls. They got really expensive, really fast since I only really wanted Dale. (Mini Dale was in a large pack, medium Dale is a "rare" in the blind bags).
I'm hoping to get a little bit back by selling my unwanted ones on eBay. :/ I have no clue if that'll work out or not. So far, no......

I found Price Eric and Scuttle Tsum Tsum at Target today. I think I have all of the Little Mermaid ones now. At Toys R Us I found the series 2 vinyls and got a pack that included Ariel. :)

I got to see Zootopia today!! It's so hard to resist the bigger Tsums, but I don't have rooooom for them!! But aaagh, such want!! Concerned Pony and Judy Hopps came along for the movie, too! :heart:That movie was so cute I ended going to Target and getting these since their Buy 3 Get 1 Free. Thank you!! :heart: If it's any comfort, they basically only have them at one shop outside the park, and maybe one inside - and each shop has the same stock, or at least that's what I've noticed! :P So it's sort of like going to the mall!
Part of me wishes there was some 'in park' exclusive, like you had to go to a special seasonal shop, or something... but I KNOW they would sell out immediately, and it wouldn't work very well in practice! :P

I feel your pain, a little - I have to rely on my Target, most of the time, since the closest Disney Store is a half-hour drive, and Target's only 10 minutes away. :( I'm trying not to buy too many of the little buggers (since ponies SHOULD be my main collection!! I joined a group on FB hoping to get a couple of gaps filled as I don't have a single store in my city that sells them, and people are asking at least 2-3x the retail price of current Tsums? :shocked: Is there a reason why DS ones are more valuable than the ones sold in TRU, etc? Because here, DS's are the cheapest by far :huh: Guess I won't be buying any I don't find the wild :(The DS ones here are definitely more sought after, they tend to be better quality than the others. They definitely aren't all made equally, target ones tend to be overstuffed and suffer from quality issues for instance. If you're not a picky collector the differences are minute, but its enough for some people to not buy anything but authentic DS tsums.

not a dumb question. Usually the Target ones come out some time after the Disney store release. The Zootopia release pretty much at the same time though-- I assume because they really wanted them out for the movie.

Okay, so I know that Jingles (the carousel pony) Tsum came out on the 22nd, but I REALLY wanted to wait until I got one in person, so I waited until my last Disney trip last Sunday! And the World of Disney store (the main shop in Downtown Disney) was sold out of almost ALL of the Fantasyland set!! I had to go to the shop in California Adventure (way at the back of the park, naturally!) to get one, and even there they didn't have Mickey or Minnie! What gives? :O I thought by now everyone would have gotten the ones they wanted, so I'd be able to find them no problem!

Anyone else order the Aristocats yesterday? I had to! I already have the Japan set and the ones from the subscription, but I needed Roquefort and the band cats. I ended up buying the entire set just in case the kittens, duchess, or omalley are different lol

There are a few Tsums I'm looking for, some of which haven't been released yet. I'm going for mostly dragons and equines so all of Eeyore and then the horses as they come. I've a Mini Elliot in the mail but need the Medium. There are two or three other Eeyores I have coming in the next couple of weeks but I want the Christmas wreath one and Halloween one but not the whole sets... :pout:
But I'm real happy with the ones I've managed to gather. ^.^
Now they just need to make a Large and Small Eeyore for me to get. :dribble:
