It'd be cool to see something like that here but whenever we get any cool stuff it soon gets wrecked by others. :/ Like there was a climbing wall in the local park that got one half as a designated 'grafitti' wall' and the other side was a mural, and yet again it got covered. And some people did up some wooden barrier walls with some cool stuff and that got wrecked too.
