For some reason I wanted to go into a Piers 1 Import store last night, normally it's not in me to buy copious amounts of home decorations but I'm glad I did because look!

You can take a pretty glass...
Stick some decorative stones inside...

And put a seapony in there!

Another idea that came to me exactly 1 second after posting this: Buy a fishbowl and put fish decorations + stones inside (they're not fit for live fish anyway).

Those are lovely! I have two UK adult sea ponies with no shells. I was looking for custom shells on ebay and got inspired to buy some craft shells, so I might do something similar.

Looks great. I did the same with my girls. Dyed the some fruit jars, added sea stickers and glass rocks and voila! Pretty sea pony display.

You guys are so creative :-/  I admit my Italian sea pony lives stuck through the handle of the cupboard over the sink. It's not a very dignified post, but it does keep her upright...
Shells are much prettier.

@Sapphire Rain - totally agree on fish bowls not being suitable for live fish. Fish are more intelligent than people think.
