I remember seeing a pony on the wiki BUT I CAN'T FIND IT!!

It's a blue baby with a duck/bird for a symbol. I can't remember the hair color, and I think it is German? Dutch? Something like that.

A blue baby with a bird...would need to be Puddles or Peeks...or as Cubby suggested poor lighting could make the green Snoozy look blueish and she is a Euro exclusive

The dutch babies are white with a dolphin, pink with a rabbit, orange with a cat, yellow with a flower and green with a school bag and none of the exclusive german babies match the colour and symbol either I am afraid.
