They're designs.  You either make one yourself or you get one via QR Codes.

But between a Japanese festival and a reptile show I got 26 streetpasses! Not sure what they do to your game but I think it's good.
They show up in your HHA Showcase, so you can check out their houses and order furniture from them (and vice versa).

@yuru -- just letting me cataloging the cabin set is good enough.  Lemme know if you want me to order those things. I'm nervous about TTing atm, b/c of Apollo (X_x; I'm set too far ahead in the day for them to arrive today-- so it'll be tomorrow for anything I'd have to catalog).
That's good with me. I can have the full set by tomorrow morning. I was gunna TT myself, but I don't want to change the DS clock and it's Sunday so Isabelle is not at her desk. :\

@Yuru --- Oh squee~  I pretty much need everything except the wallclock and sofa.
I got a bunch of stuff on that wish list, I'll make a detailed thingy later. But I know I have some of the lovely furniture, regal, and some bears. I think a candy jar too.

So I paid off my house last night and today I started the HHA Theme Challenge! My theme is Fairy Tale because of my obsession with the Mermaid series that decorates one room of my house plus the exterior, not to mention my slow attempt to get the full set of Fairy Tale PWPs suggested and built. I've made a wish list of things I need to get my home ready for this challenge. If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. As always, I am more than happy to be allowed just to catalog anything on the list. Many thanks in advance!

Finally paid off my house last night (woohoo). I'm so glad too, because I absolutely, positively hate doing island runs and now I won't really need to much anymore. ^_^ I also decided I'm after some cabin furniture

I finally got my tan down to a level I'm happy with. I was super-tan yesterday and it just looked bizarre with my pastel pink outfit.  I don't mind the light tan, though. I've got my rainbow umbrella out now to keep the sun from cooking me alive again.

I saw the codes in your signatures and was so excited! I tried enter one in the Dream Lounge, but for some reason it didn't work. Are the FCs different from the dream addies? I'd love to see your dreams (or visit ... I don't have any pears or peaches).
Dream Address is different from the code used to visit towns while awake. ^_^ I will add you and re-open my gates. I have an orchard full of fruit that you are more than welcome to. What is your FC?
