I was browsing Walmart.com and some of the mini brands are on Rollback, so I clicked one. In the similar items I saw TOY mini brand, which is new to me. It's $7.47 and they have a pony, though it's not MLP.

They also had an array of Care Bears and board games plus lots of other toys.

I'm familiar with the Mini Brands Toys, never got them because of how random the capsules are. If you ever watched NerdECrafter, she has done a few videos on that line.... but I'm assuming the one with the Sparkle Girls Pony Mini is a newer series as I have not see it on her checklist for the ones she has done.

Agreed... however I seem to have a problem with the "Ooo look a Mini Brands ball" when I go shopping. The pony is cute but I wasn't really happy with what I got out of the couple series 1 Mini Brands Toys (I think I bought 2 or 3 balls and got almost all duplicates), so didn't buy any series 2. I really like the new Disney Store Mini Brands though and I have had really good luck with those. If you look on Ebay you can find the pony one in auctions for about $2, but with shipping they are about $6 depending, which is about the price of the ball in stores.
