Mexican baby Sea Ponies??

I can't seem to track the spotlight down lots of things are being moved about on the server and the spotlight isn't there.

I am really hoping shelti will see this thread as she wrote the spotlight with the help of some Mexican collectors.

I will admit I am mighty confused by it all and am swinging from "yes, I think they were made in mexico from what it says on the box" to "no, they are all wrong for a Mexican pony and must be HK made"

That makes two of us!    I can't decide if the differences I've noticed in the plastic are legit or not, and can't decide if the packaging is honest or not.

I have my original box for baby cuddles and her buggy (bear with me, I'm going somewhere!) and that lists her as 'Baby Cuddles and her accessories made in Spain' though she herself is marked Hong Kong. She is different in colour to the US release, but I've never been able to work out which is more likely to be correct. It sounds similar to the issue with the Mexican baby seas.
