This isn’t meant to be a simple paint job. You have plenty of time to work on your ponies, so take your time and think outside the box. Research your partner and the character you’re going to make and don't feel limited by Disney interpretations of these characters. Try your hand at things you may not do- sculpting, sewing, etc. Be brave and have FUN with it.

Some ponies in this swap will also include gore and bloodiness, it's not required but be sure to include it in your form if you only want a gothic / "monster high" type or zombie / gore.

Swap Rules

1. You must have at least 5 Arena feedbacks. E-bay SELLER feedbacks are welcome for 2 of these. Meaning you can have 3 Arena feedback and use 2 SELLER feedbacks from eBay. No Buyer feedbacks from eBay are permitted.
2. All swappers must have made and posted customs within the last 6 months.
3. The shipping date will be March 31.
4. The deadline for signups will be January 5th. There will be check in points along the way and you MUST check in. If I cannot get ahold of you for check-ins you will be omitted from the swap, will not receive a pony and appropriate feedback shall be left.
5. Partners will be chosen based on skill level. I will do the best that I can at matching by skill- my partner list will be sent to a mod, who can make any changes to partners they think needs to be made.
6. Sign ups start on December 22nd and will go for either 2 weeks (Jan. 5th) or until we reach our maximum of 25 people.
7. Life happens to everyone. If, after you join, you find you are unable to complete your pony, for any reason, please PM me immediately! I would much rather know sooner than later so I can work on getting a replacement partner.

DEADLINES:
Gauging Interest- after approval, sign-ups will begin December 22nd and last til January 5th or until we have reached 25 people.
Check in #1- February 10th
Check in #2- March 10th
Ship- March 31st. Finished ponies need to be approved before mailed!

If someone drops out last minute or went MIA for mailing- their partner WILL still receive something, even if I have to personally make them something myself.

Shipping:
Customs must be well packed for shipping.
Do not use newspapers, paper towels or colored tissue paper in direct contact with the completed custom. (It can stick or cause discoloration.)
Do not ship customs that are sticky/tacky or not fully dry.
Do use some sort of padding like bubble wrap, white tissue paper, peanuts, etc.
*KEEP your receipt/tracking numbers when you mail your custom off, this may be the only proof you have in the event it is lost. This rarely happens, but it has happened.*

This swap was really fun last year!  I may be tempted depending on the dates that are chosen.  Later being better than sooner since Holiday swaps will be starting soon too and I'd hate to miss out on those.

I loved last year's and would be game for another
I haven't voted yet...I just want a timeline where no one feels rushed. I would also want to see what kind of interest this garnishes before fully committing

btw I just watched the anime King of Thorns...it is a great twist on Sleeping Beauty complete with an AWESOME castle/dragon made of thorns

I would totally do this, if it was after the holidays (well, at least after Halloween)  With my move and finding a job once I get there and stuff, my current work load is already at the most I can do.  I had a blast with the last one and would love to do it again!  Here's mine from last year's if you want another example:

Well, last years went FABULOUS- we only had one girl fall off the planet- and a lot of AMAZING ponies came out of it. I was only slightly stressed out as a host towards shipping time- so lets do it again.
