I don't know what it was, I got it at a yard sale. And FYI elvenwine26, it's a female action figure, not a male one. The clothes and the angle make it hard to tell in the photo, but that's a female body. I was lucky enough to find an 8" (about the right size for an adult human compared to the G1 ponies) female figure with good articulation.

but her face really looks masculine, did you thought about changing her head with one of a female doll? i bet someone in the dollhouse, our doll forum, can help you! ^^
