I've given angelponies the heads up about this, but wanted to send out a warning if you're eyeing it that the pony in the pic is NOT the one they are selling and angelponies did NOT give them permission to use the picture

Edit: hmm looks like only she can report it. Hopefully ebay takes it down after she reports it.

I did try and report it to ebay, but it wouldnt let me: it said that if the pics or text have been copied from someone elses listing then to contact them so they can file a report themselves *facepalm @ebay*

I reported it about an hour ago    it is still up, so ebay must take the weekend off 
I REALLY hope that someone does not buy her before ebay gets their hineys in gear and takes it down    Thanks again Glacia for letting me know and briging this to everyones attention

Yep I asked her to take it down ,and ebay still hasn't done anything about it. I will let you know what she says when and if she or ebay responds

Me either ^^    ebay is usually quick to respond to this. 
I dont know whether it will get things moving any faster or not, but since this is listed on ebay UK, maybe try signing in to ebay UK  and reporting it on there as well?

Am I the only one who doesn't put up a picture of an item I'm selling until I've actually taken one? [I know fellow ponies on the arena don't but ..]
I've seen so many stolen pictures lately.
Ebay should enforce some kind of ticket system that forces the user who stole the picture to pay the actual owner of it. Or to force them off ebay.., or something.

Terrible sense of professionalism!  The Internet is NOT a free image source!    Unfortunately for her sales, I've already noted that she steals auction photos rather than use her own camera to list items, which doesn't bode well for how she will handle a transaction in progress.

Well I'm glad she responded to you and is taking it down... but  she couldnt be bothered to take her own pic so she just decided to take one from the internet and she has done it with other items she is selling too? not good   If her camera is broke then she needs to get that sorted or to borrow a friends camera /phone etc to take pics before she lists the items
