So, I moved and I have fallen out of love with collecting most modern ponies. I have amassed a huge collection, and I don't have the room for them any more. They have been sitting in totes and boxes in storage- I am moving them to my home. I want to make this quick and easy. I am looking to source a buyer for the whole lot.

G3 is about 58% complete collection and some dupes of NIB (and some boxes have wear, tear and broken) that includes:
  • All 12 birthflower TRU Exclusives;
  • All 12 birthstone TRU Exclusives;
  • Most Unicorns- Whistle Wishes, Brights Brightly, Garden Wishes and Sunrise Song Unicorn ponies;
  • Pick-a-Lily and Sunny Salsa set;
  • Star Shimmer;
  • Toodleloo, Doseydotes and Spring Treat Target exclusives;
  • Wishing Well Princess Playset (Crystal Crown);
  • Port-o-Bella and Lickety Split playset;
  • All 2005 Dazzle Brights (minus Bowtie)
  • Sunrise, Dream Blue, Green Apple, Chocolate Delight, Rhythm and Rhyme;
  • All Divine Shine;
  • All nine 2006 Crystal Princess Pegasus Ponies including Aurora Mist;
  • All 5 2006 Crystal Princess Pretty Patterns Ponies;
  • Seasonal singles: Marshmellow Coco, Mistletoe, Snow'el (both Earth and Pegasus versions), Abra-ca-dabra, Pumpkin Tart, Ribbons and Bows (meijer Exclusive), Snowflake, Candy Cane, Mittens, Chilly Breezes, Velvet Bow, Winter Wish.
G4 is going to take a while longer to compile because I do not recall a large chunk- I will only want to sell the NIB ponies, not a whole lot of loose ones. I have playsets that are opened but all pieces are there;

  • Pony Wedding: Wedding Flower Fillies;
  • Pony Wedding: Wedding Castle Playset;
  • 2018 My Little Pony the Movie: Flip & Flow Seaponies;
  • A small potion of Fashion Styles (No specials, all 2012 and after): 2013 TRU Exclusive Pony Friends Forever: Fashion Style 2-pack Glitter ponies, Daring Do Dazzle, 2016 Wonderbolts 6-pack, Starlight Glimmer, Royal Ribbon, Photo Finish, Sapphire Shores; Sunset Shimmer, Coco Pommel;
  • 2017 My Little Pony the Movie: Seashell Lagoon Playset;
  • 2017 My Little Pony the Movie: Canterlot & Seaquestria Playset (without Haven Bay)
  • Crystal Empire: Promo Pack with Ploomette;
  • Midnight in Canterlot Pony Collection with Minty and Dewdrop Dazzle (The glue has given way and accessories are free-floating in the box);
  • Princess Sterling and Princess Gold Lily 2-packs;
  • My Little Pony the Movie: Glitter Celebration Cadance and Celestia;
  • 2014 TRU Exclusive Ponymainia Collection (Twilight, Celestia, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash);
  • 2018 Best Gift Ever pearl Cadance, pearl Shining Armor, and transparent Flurry Heart;
  • Holly Dash;
  • All 2014 Rainbow Shimmer princesses (Snowglobes)
  • 2017 Friendship Festival: Princess Parade;
  • All Water Cuties including Diamond Mint and Blossomforth
  • 2016 Explore Equestria: Pearlized Singles including Sea Swirl, Nurse Redheart, Meadow Flower, Sapphire Joy (Cannot recall if I have Coloratura);
  • All My Little Pony the Movie: All About Friends Singles;
  • Many My Little Pony the Movie: Seapony small singles (I think I am missing Applejack)
  • All My Little Pony the Movie: Baby Seaponies
  • Various Styling-Sized ponies.
--and a couple totes of various items where I was attempting to complete sets.

If anyone is looking to start a new collection of modern ponies I am happy to oblige. For now, I am currently taking offers for the entire lot, but shipping is all on the buyer unless they choose to pick up the collection themselves. I will not accept Friends and Family Paypal payments for the entire lot.

I am working on an itemized list- this is all I can remember off the top of my head, and there will be duplicates- by then I will start selling them off one by one.

If interested in the whole lot we can do a video call where I can show them all at once- photos will take longer.

I found a stream on Twitch where I can watch ducks 24/7. Such carefree creatures.

For Sale - For Auction / Selling NIB G3/G4 ponies
« on: December 09, 2020, 08:58:01 PM »
Hello, it's been a while!

After a crazy year and things being almost settled for me, I have made the tough decision to rehome a lot of my NRFB/NIB ponies. Many of these beauties are still sitting in totes from when I was collecting them and moved over a year ago, and they need someone to love them more than what I can.

Currently I have a ton of them on eBay. This is two totes worth- there are at least 7 more stacked totes I have yet to look through. I will update this post with a list of more than I have the chance. Many of the boxes are damaged.

I am not firm on my prices at all but please do not lowball me. For the best shipping price I will make a private listing on eBay with all of the ponies chosen and I will ship next day so they may arrive before Christmas. I will unbox them for you, at your own risk.

Payment will be via PayPal only.

I will ship to US and Canada only (I may consider others), but you are responsible for the shipping charges. All packages will have insurance and I do not do free returns.

Thank you~

Thank you, but I was hoping not to buy more foundation first before I am able to control my skin. I'm an oily girl and it eventually messes with Mac and Morphe bronzers/highlighters which are kind of more okay without anything else on, but you can see every issue that my skin has. This experiment has gotten way too expensive for me to keep buying makeup haha

First things first: I have about zero experience with foundations or primers.

BUT.

My skin is so oily that if I don't have anything on it, if I wash my face in the morning, by early afternoon the oil it produces is so much that it gets into my mouth and eyes, causing the latter to sting and hurt. So I do have experience with products that mattify massively, because I defintely need that.

My skin is prone to acne and blackheads, which is the initial reason I started to use products that caused sensitivity to the sun - meaning I had to start using SPF on a daily basis. As I was to wear it every single day, I had to look for a product that actually does the job. I've been using the below listed products for years, and all of them do a great job at keeping my face matte throughout the day. 3 out of these are tinted physical sunscreens, which might not be enough for you to ditch foundation (they are enough for me, which is why I don't use foundation, just these and spot concealers), but (as I heard from others) you can definitely use foundation on top in case you require better coverage.

- Paula's Choice Resist Super Light Wrinkle Defense - this has been THE SPF/day cream for me for YEARS. I only switched recently because I found a cheaper alternative which works just as well, and is rather on the yellowish tint-side (which suits my skin tone better. This one is more on the pinkish side)
- Australian Gold Botanical Sunscreen Face SPF50 (this is the alternative I've been using for about a year now. It works almost exactly like the PC Resist, it just doesn't hurt my wallet as much)
- Coola Mineral Face Organic Matte Untinted Sunscreen Lotion - another love I've been using for years. The thing is, the above two are both too dark for me on their own, so I need to mix them with another product which is untinted. I've tried it on its own too, and it works well (not as mattifying as the PC Resist, but still gets me through the day fine), it just requires a bit more working in and letting dry - and I like the bit of coverage the tinted ones add.
- Coola Mineral Face Organic Matte Tinted Sunscreen Lotion - basically the untinted couple of the one above. This one has a lighter tint which is a nice match to my skin, and once dry it mattifies just as fine&throughout the day, but I didn't rebuy it because it takes a little too long for me to dry (15-20 mins)

Both Coolas have changed in looks recently, I honestly hope the content stayed the same. As I'm from overseas, I don't know where/whether you could actually buy these in stores, but since all of them are US-produced, hopefully it will be easier for you to get them than it is for me :)

Fell free to PM me in case you'd like to know further details about any of these, or about my skincare routine for my oily skin :)

Oooohh. Thank you for your input!

Is your skin sensitive? I want to avoid scented products.

Which ones have you tried so far? That can help decide what might be better options

Do you use a setting powder?

How thick of coverage do you want?

I have used:
CoverGirl Clean Matte
CoverGirl Matte Made
L'Oreal Pro Glow (which was too glowy- on the opposite end of the scale that I want)
Tarte Face Tape (which I used with other stuff to work with oily skin on top and it did NOT work out)

I am going to wait on the setting powder- two different ones both made my face look like pale crusty mud by the end of a 6-hour work day.

In my experience, I would prefer to work with cremes instead of powders for complexion so I don't sweat them off as easily.

So far I have tried three different regular foundations that just don't work as advertised even though they say they are for oily skin. Before I waste more money I want to try something else under it to keep the skin oils from causing problems with *everything*, including causing my eyeshadows to transfer and crease unflatteringly and foundation settling into the smallest imperfections that make them stand out at attention.

Instead of looking toward reviews on Google, do you have any recommendations? What are your experiences? What should I steer away from?

Pony Corral / Re: Is having an army of ponies selfish? let's discuss
« on: January 01, 2020, 06:01:21 AM »
Eh. Finders keepers.

I'd be envious (not jealous, as that implies being angry at them in an unhealthy way) of someone finding all of my grails, but it's human nature to pine for more. It could be labeled as being "selfish" but it should not be held against them for finding what I did not, and being able to afford all of them somehow is a horse of a different color on its own.

On the flip side, isn't it selfish to expect others to share their army?

For Sale - For Auction / NO TRADING: Selling NIB/MOC G4/G3 - Prices Added
« on: December 31, 2019, 09:37:08 PM »
Well, I am saving up for an overseas vacation and I want to part with some of my G4/G4 The Movie collection because I am not fond of them, or I have multiples that are taking up a lot of space.

All of these are NIB/MoC, but the packaging could be damaged:
~ from basic storage;
~ from moving twice and staying in totes/moving boxes;
~ typical store shelf wear (bent corners, dented window boxes);
~ bubble card glue coming undone;
~ Amazon being stupidly careless.

If there is interest I will offer photos and give a rundown of the problem areas. I have so many of them at this time on this list that photos are not feasible until I start unloading on eBay.

I am willing to ship to Europe, Canada, APO/FPO addresses. However, shipping is not my responsibility, and insurance is required where applicable, as well as any taxes, tariffs and import fees. I will offer tracking numbers if applicable, or photos of the package stamped at the post office.

If there are issues with the received package please contact me first so I may determine if it is on me or the post office. IF THE SHIPPING CONTAINER IS DAMAGED THEN TAKE PHOTOS PRIOR TO OPENING, AND IF THE CONTENTS ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING THEN FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR POST OFFICE AS THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.   I will pack your ponies with the utmost love and care as possible, and the condition that I have them in will be the condition you will receive them- just be aware that glues that are hanging on by a thread may come lose during shipping and may come free.

I will not hold for more than 2 weeks.

This is the current list:

Pony Corral / Re: Sticky Pony Hair
« on: December 31, 2019, 06:39:45 AM »
Depending on the soap you used, it may be worth doubling up. When I have run into this I have used all three of these in tandem:
~ White Ivory soap
~ Colorless hand soap
~ Regular blue Dawn Dish soap
The problem there is that these may dry out the hair more than expected, so using a nice natural (and odorless) conditioner may be necessary to return the sheen and detangle.

I stay away from baby powder, myself. Pure corn starch (straight from a local grocery store) is more natural and does not have a composition that should compromise the nylon hair due to light exposure or other chemical reaction. Use that and gently comb it through if you just want to reduce the tackiness, then wash after combed through. Only leave it in the hair if it doesn't leave a gritty deposit.

Nylon will also (should) withstand a spritz of 50% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. I would recommend spot-testing with the alcohol first because of the age of the nylon, but I would only recommend that as a last resort.

Compartmentalizing all of this information, Dollyhair is just a bad business model being run by someone who is bad at business, regardless of personal details. The only thing in Dollyhair's favor is that it's stated that the stock comes from the same manufacturer that supplies Hasbro, and the comparisons between what I had and what was on my pony held as true without breaking down chemical composition. I won't lie, Dollyhair's stock is better than many others because of that. The hair is better for what I want to accomplish and I haven't been able to find anyone that sells the same hair, unless I am just missing them.

But...
It took more than a month before my order was finally sent, which I was never given a tacking number- it just appeared one day.
And her rooting needles are just sharps, and two that were not usable because one of the ends were bent into a hook on both.
There is little seller communication.
The website is archaic and not very consumer-friendly.
There has been public drama involving the business by name.

All of these criticisms about the business alongside my crappy first (and only) experience are enough for me to steer clear.

So much crazy, and the holidays are all of a sudden the slowest time for me despite how busy they have been, especially after moving!

It's going to be nice to get back to some sort of normality.

Pony Corral / Re: G3 1st 50
« on: October 16, 2018, 12:54:14 PM »
Ok just to get this straight.  The second and third round of MLP's that ran as part of the 1st 50 campaign were sold via the auctions, but then some with this sticker ended up in stores?  I just want to make sure of that.  As this is the first time I am finding out that this truley did come out.  I just want to get all of the info about this because if I am reading correctly, it seems that Hasbro did auction some off but then slapped this sticker onto others and sold them in stores too.

I don't know what could be supplying that info  ^^;;

Unless there was some sort of an egregious shipping error I've never heard of anyone actually buying one of the first 50 with the stickers on them from a store at first release. Perhaps someone bought it and sold it second-hand through a different store, but it was never done that way initially.

When I said "store exclusives" I specifically meant that those were never auctioned as one of the 1st 50, and I do not know of a definitive list of the ponies in what poses were auctioned as such.
