I keep hoping to find the little blind packaged shopping baskets but no luck. I don't want to commit to a 12 pack but that's all I find.

I saw an ad on TV for these and immediately hit Google. I really, REALLY wanted to love these but when I found some in store the paint was awful and they just looked cheap and tacky I love some of the characters - the mushrooms, cupcakes etc, but not seen any of those.

If I found one second hand I would pick it up, but I was too disappointed in the quality to give my money to Moose.

Moose is a small Australian toy company so they're fighting hard to keep their prices down to compete with the "big boys" companies (which unfortunately means the quality of the Moose toys sometimes is lacking). I have more issues with distribution than I do with quality control.

I LOVE the Zelfs, which are another toy line that Moose produces. USUALLY the quality is pretty good for the size of the toy you're getting, in my experience! When I go to TRU to look for Zelfs, the Shopkins are sitting there right next to them on the shelf. I've been tempted to pick up a couple, they look cute! ^_^

My baby girl has been clamoring for these after watching unboxings and Cookie Swirl on Youtube so her grandmother finally bit the bullet and got her a pack for Halloween. She immediately went And almost decided not to trick or treat so she would have more time to play with them. She's got more coming in a few weeks for her birthday and then a couple more packages for Christmas. We're going for three rounds of delirious joy. 

I haven't decided on buying any of the playsets yet. I've only seen them at Toys R Us even though I can find the Shopkins themselves at Target too. How well do the shops hold up? Which is the best?    I have no clue really...

Target is normally the best for buying the packs, but the playsets are always better stocked at Toys R Us, and 'Apparently' walmart is going to be getting shopkins soon, probably just season 2, but *shrugs* who knows. I would probably try to get packs from Target, and playsets from Toy R Us.  The playsets are GREAT...I personally would get the shopping cart (For holding all the shopkins) Or the vending machine (For holding all the shopkins) AND I would get the small mart or the bakery playset.

I'm gonna be buying the little baskets for stocking stuffers. she got some cute ones in her 12 pack, yogurt a bag of chips, wedge of cheese...

I don't have many left to get. All I need is  1 Fruits&Veg- Blue Posh Pear.  5 Pantry, Both Sugar Lumps, Both Breaky Crunch, and I need Alpha Soup with the orange can and yellow soup number #1-030.  4 Bakery- White Cheese Kate, Yellow Cream Bun, Pink Cookie, and Brown Doughnut.  I need the pink cotton candy, and yellow many candy in the sweet treats. I need both of the milkshakes, and the chocolate Flava Ava. I need both Soda Pops,Dark Orange Pretzel, Pink Fairy Crumbs, Dark Orange Cheezey B. In beauty I need White Shampoo,white bubble tubs, and blue curly. Then lastly I need Green Ice Cube, Green Snow Cone, Pink Popsicle, pink fishtix,and blue freezy Peas. That is all lol.
