I would need help to buy a pony from Pennsylvania since the shipping costs go up to 24,5$ from the seller to France. Is it possible to find lower costs from there?

but the shipping on first class is   13.50 for international for up to 8 oz  and from 9 oz up to 2 lbs (32 oz )  it is 23.50 more or less  for international first class parcels, you can add registration for extra $
