The NPB case will be closed tomorrow and neg feedback will be left.

Sellers haven't been able to leave negative feedback for buyers since 2008. sorry you're having a problem.

Yes, I am afraid ClosetAvalanche is correct.  You can file the case, but all you will get is your final value fees.  Not sure if he or she is a member here, but best of luck to you.

It is getting harder these days since eBay seems to support buyers fully no matter what they do...

I do not understand why a seller can not leave that. I have had some buyers that really needed that. But I could not give it to them

Sorry tiki that you had to deal with a deadbeat buyer.  They are abundant lately 

It is really sad that they no longer allow sellers to leave bad feedback. Because there is absolutely no repercussion when buyers screw a seller over.  Sure they get an unpaid item strike, but I am yet to see ebay doing anything about it.

The only thing I have found to do to somewhat protect myself, is to change my settings to not allow people to bid/buy with a certain amount of UPI strikes. Also I block them immediately if I have to file a case.

I'm  sorry to hear about another NPB messing you about honey    I think its a pain that they cant have negs left for them anymore too *sigh*

I have dealt with this frustration lately myself. I had my first truly non-paying bidder. I think had someone take over a week to pay. She didn't bother paying until I opened a case.
I think it's INSANE that eBay took away the option for leaving negatives for buyers. Some just deserve to be slammed with 'em.
