So I used to be a regular here, once-upon-a-time, but I've not been here in years. I've missed it! I sold a lot of my collection, but still have some saved back. I now have a daughter, who is almost two, who I hope to pass the love down to. <3 Anyway, just thought I'd reintroduce myself, as I hope to pop in here and there to keep a pulse on things. I will be selling some things and hopefully buying some things, when my daughter starts showing interest.

Yes, yes, yes! For those of you that know all the crap I went through in the past years, my new husband and I recently found out that we are expecting! This will be my first baby ('bout time at age 30, right?) We've been to the GP, and our first OB appnt is on December 2nd. We figure we're about 8 weeks, and will be due in early July.  We're big patriots, so are hoping for an Independence Day baby. We've both been wanting a baby (we got married in January), and are both ecstatic! It's kinda weird, because I was always the one to babysit everyone else's kids and worked in day care and never had kids of my own... but that's soon to change, yay! Anyway, thought I'd share the wonderful news with you all. ^-^

Sorry I've been on such a long hiatus, but I've not forgotten you all! Things are finally lining out in my life, however, and I should have some time to frequent here more often. ^-^ I'm married now, since January, and very happy. *Gushes*
Anyway, can't believe I've missed so much - I've really missed you all! ***HUGS***

My new hubby collects guns. He has lots of guns... allll shapes and sizes! He's a really good shot, too. I feel very safe in my new home, let's just put it that way. Yesterday was my first day to go home by myself, and when I went into the basement to do laundry, I carried one of his pistols w/ me.  That and knives. On the way back from our honeymoon, we stopped at Smoky Mountain Knifeworks, and he got a really cool knife thing that you put on your hand (yeah, that's me... I know so much, lol), and a set of Batman... bat shaped throwing star... things... that are really cool. :p He used to collect superhero action figures, but he sold most of them before we met.
