about the original curl,.. *cought* uhm,.. i was so stupid to brush swirly when i washed her, i thought the curls would be back after drying like in wigs. *cought* uhmm, now i know not to brush original curls.

Ow!  >_< But factory curl is actually quite sturdy and it is usually possible to brush and wash it. If the hair is very messy, I try to brush and detangle it when dry (this may give a scarily poofy look, but don't worry, just try to arrange the curls). I wash the hair by gently squeezing the curls in my hands (no brushing!) and they will spring back into place, then leave them alone to dry. Just don't vigorously brush the hair when it's wet.
