Her hair is actually perfect. But what doesn't show on the pictures are the places paint has been gouged off of her. She's got some pretty bad scrapes on her hind quarters and chips on her hooves. You can't see her scraped areas, and her two worst hooves show in the second picture. The rest not so much. She has a ton of other marks as well that I may or may not be able to get rid of. But I still remember what I wanted her to look like when I was a kid. So it's happening. She can be the girl I dreamed about her being and have a sister who looks like she used to. Assuming all goes well it was only $20 + shipping for an unboxed but complete one who still has plastic over her hooves and in her hair. No scratches I can see. Even found the doll from her line as well for cheap. She was my favorite. I took her swimming with me one summer and we found her outside 2 years later... not a pretty sight. So my girl not only gets a sister but her best friend back lol.

My one and only Barbie horse growing up was Western Star. I still have her and Western Stampin Barbie but Western Star's barrettes have faded to pale blue. One of eyes is scratched up. Last time I looked for her saddle I couldn't find it but she's still one of my favorite Barbie horses.Ponyfan

She kept me interested in playing with my Barbies for a few extra years. I think I donated her to the thrift store though - or maybe to a younger girl at my mom's congregation? That's where my Barbie McDonald's shop went...
