Wow- that's awesome! I do reiki too ( I have the 1st part of Usui, and the first 4 parts of angelic reiki- I'm doing the last part in a few weeks) and have a big crystal collection!! It seems like you have enough volunteers for now, so no need for the reading- unless you want to?
