Title: a NIGHTMARE in PONYVILLE
Post by: pyrodarknessanny on January 26, 2012, 12:14:07 AM
i got this progect running on Deviant Art, i want more exposure for it but im not sure what groups to submit it to as the story / fan fic has mature content (it gets quite grafic in some parts) any ideas?
oh and the poster art i did for it! if you havent guessed its a MLP nightmare on elm st. cross over.

This looks really neat but the error on the poster makes me not want to read it honestly. 3: It should be "you're" instead of "your". Not trying to be rude or anything but a spelling/grammar error on a poster for a fanfic isn't encouraging, lol.
Otherwise it looks really neat! As for groups, I'd suggest FiM groups (of course) and possibly horror and writing groups as well.

Spooky! Guess who's gonna have nightmares about Freddy? ( A hint: me! ) Great composition and shading. I like how all the ponies look a little distressed except for Pinkie Pie XD

you could always draw your own apostrophies!
Other than that, looks great :D well done!
(this might be too much poking around, but I'd have a look at the kerning, too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerning it isn't something that's at all visible to an untrained eye, but I've caught interest for it, and well.. it's fun! x) )

Regardless, I'm going to have to agree with both Taxel and miss_tuneful. Grammatical errors bother a lot of people, and I am one of them. You could draw your apostrophe and include the "E" at the end of the word.

ok i changed the wording a little bit, should be better now (blarh the re-sizing kinda distorts it )
