FS Shining Armor not in Europe?

We've had "target exclusives" turn up on sale here, for example some of the canterlot stuff. Few of those were sold at TRU and some in local random shops.

Well, imo, I think they probably will release it worldwide. I mean, FS Celestia and Luna eventually got a release worldwide, right? Even if it's a half-year wait?

Only question is, how would the version pare with the Target exclusives? The Canterlot FS Celestia and Luna had glitter and tinsel which is not in the regular release.

From the pics, there doesn't seem to be much that can change on FS SA, not like FS Luna and Celestia. (Although I haven't seen him in person. My local Target has not restocked. *shakes fist at Target*)

Oh thats interesting! Wow...could it mean exclusive to Target in Aus and US [as I think those are the only places the retailer has a large presence - correct me if wrong ] but that would not therefore prevent it being picked up or sold to retailers in countries where there is no Target [do I sound in desperate hope lol?]
