Trying out my brand new Imgur app, and wondering what one of these might be going for?

I cannot seem to find much info on her, other then she is from the Fantasy Fun dress up circus set.

It seems to be my understanding the dotted yellow version is more rare than then bowtie version?

Any help is much appreciated!
