Cleaning Ponies with Glitter Symbols?

I can find a lot of information about cleaning ponies in general. But I haven't been able to find anything regarding glitter symbols.

Rather than assume it's safe since I can't find anything, I figured it might be best to ask here before I clean them. Better safe than sorry

I have Windy, Moondancer, and Parasol who need to be washed, but what kind of precautions if any should I take to protect the glitter symbols in the process?

Moondancer's I'm already planning to re-glitter some of her stars, so I'm not as concerned about her. But Windy's and Parasol's are almost perfect so I definitely don't want to hurt them!

No magic eraser either. I had to add that in. Dont want for the symbols to rub off. :/

I use Magic Eraser right up to the glitter but never over it.  They're fine for the rest of the pony.

I agree with that point I forgot to add it.

i've washed    glitter ponys before(and most all my ponys) in cold water with    a  washcloth and dawn dishsoap i've never had hte glitter  come off
