So how much is Rainbow Flash worth at the moment? The original one which came in 2-pack with RD with bangs? (Not sure if the newer is different in anyway though). I still have extra RF+RD pack and I'm wondering if I should hold on to it or sell/trade.

Around $30-40 seems to be ebay's opinion, but is that common/sane price?

hmmm if you would sell in america it's not a bad price i think, meaning therefor the buyer wouldn't have to pay much for the shipping, right?
but you sell in europe and the rf+rd pack is about 18€ here.

She did come out and was easy to find, her name was Sugarcup in Europe.

That's just a prototype stock photo of her, she was never released like that anywhere. You can see lower down in the post a different picture that has her hair going the regular way. Perhaps her bid was so high because they didn't know the picture doesn't represent what they'll actually get. 

I know of only one "reverse" Cupcake in existence; someone on the Arena (who I'm totally jealous of) got her from China when placing an order for what she thought was a regular Cupcake. It might have been the very one that was photographed for that stock pic.

I agree that Star Swirl, Sky Wishes, Rainbow Flash, CE Ploomette and Sweetie Swirl are the most valuable/expensive/hard to find for North Americans. Star Dreams is HTF too but luckily my daughter and I each have one since our releases are a little behind here in Canada. I wish I had known before Christmas that she was so hard to find, I would have picked up more packs before they all sold.

I just paid $25 plus $10 shipping for a Rainbow Flash/Rainbow Dash set on Ebay. But I've seen her go for more.

If your looking for some TRU exclusive ponies then I'd say try to trade it for them

As she is more common MIB than loose, her price tends to run the same for both. I agree she is in the $30-35 bracket right now.
