The only time I can find Petite Petunia, Rainbow Bubbles, or Snowdrop Swirl (none were released in US) they are MIB and starting at least $30. I just want the ponies in nice condition, not MIB or with all accessories.

No, the birth flower and birth stone ponies were available in the US, as TRU eclusives. I'm not sure about other countries though.

Also, out of curiosity, is there a list somewhere of G3s that were only sold in the US?

Most of them show up on here or on e-bay every few months, but you will pay for them, upwards of $20/each loose and more MIB.
