Erm. Yeah. Quite probably.

Don't get me wrong, it's not all tear-jerky, but there are some moments that...really...are.

Also, the dub for Yuugi is notoriously, infamously terrible. If you're planning on watching the dub, be prepared for that...it may be less emotionally damaging given that most of the English language VAs that appear in it cannot act...

Hotohori is especially terrible.

It's entirely the reason I stopped ever watching dubs (which I did watch prior to Yuugi).

Yeah, there's an anime for the first Haruka, plus a movie, and there are some anime specials for the third Haruka. There's also an OVA for the second one.

I don't think they're on any streaming sites though. I know that the first two parts for the third Haruka series are on Youtube (Kurenai no Tsuki and Owaranai Unmei) but not the final part, helpfully! And the Haruka 2 OVA is also on Youtube, I think it's called Shiroki Ryuu no Miko.

Yeah, Haruka is a bit niche...

The first Haruka series has manga volumes to 17 as well. I think in English it was sold as Haruka, Beyond the Stream of Time. Admittedly the manga is probably better than the anime since it finishes off better (except for maybe a couple of scenes in the end of the anime)...

I've watched the first 4 episodes of Diamond no Ace. I like it so far. Does Zeno's va also voice a character in DnA?

Yes, he voices a pitcher called Kawakami Norifumi (aka Nori).

 He's actually the guy in episode one or two being yelled at by the very loud batter.
 He is in the series more after that. You can sometimes hear Zeno in his dialogue!

We can always add that to the PM discussion with Yona and Furuba xD

As for Haruka, I do remember the US had a DVD release some time back but I think it's pretty difficult to find the DVDs now. I had half of them from the US release when it was out but I had to complete the series by buying second hand discs when I was in Japan, and ditto for the movie, so you might struggle to find it as an anime series unless something picks it up.

You could watch Tsuritama.  It's about an alien who comes to Earth and needs help learning to fish so he can get another alien out of the water.  It's silly but sweet.

COnnecting to the VPN is still iffy, so there went any access to crunchyroll. I have been using a chinese app iQIYI but it seems to be all Chinese shows, a lot are subbed in English. They have a tiny section called "anime" that I haven't checked out yet but I am pretty sure its all chinese series.

I got really excited when I was watching DnA last night because I thought I heard Zeno’s va  but it was Haruichi Kominato's va and not Zeno's/ Nori's.

Thanks for the info on Haruka. I checked and it looks like the English manga for Haruka is out of print also.
