Commission - Wanna-be G1 Rapunzel

I made this for a girl here in Sweden and I just finished her! 
I made her from a bait Love Melody and hair+tinsel I bought from My little Custom
I think she end up pretty nice

The one thing I dont like is the curles:
I made the tail durls too small so it looks a bit too short ( wich you can fix if you re-curls it but still) and the tinsel did not want to curl! Does anyone know how too curl it?
I have never done cruls before so it was a bit time consuming

What do you think? What could be better?

She's amazing--she looks almost factory-made! 

If you want to loosen up her tail curls without recurling, you might try getting them wet and then brushing them out very gently.  I haven't worked with tinsel, but I don't know if it's possible to get it to curl.

She's lovely, great work!  Unfortunately, tinsel does not curl.  If you did not boil-perm the curls, they will fall out.  If you did boil them and you want to loosen them, I second the wetting them but I don't comb them, I pull them down a little - like stretch them out.
