Title: Does anyone know this Hasbro "Ken" doll?

Found this guy at a yard sale today. I thought he was a Ken, but upon closer inspection he's actually made by Hasbro. Does anyone know who he is? I don't see any markings on his head, but his body is marked 1989 Hasbro. I don't know if these are his original clothes, but he came wearing the funky shirt you can see part of in the picture and a pair of tan (or verrrry dirty white) pants with a real zipper fly.
