Factory error: tail cut/inserted uneven (one side too long, the other too short). Would be otherwise near mint except for some faint but visible yellow blotches from pigment transfer from paint. Does come off with acetone but care would be needed as it's mostly around symbols

Maybe someone can give me some advice about how to do this.

The volunteer coordinator where I volunteer recently emailed us to let us know that one of the current employees is leaving. I want to ask if a job opening might now be coming up so that I don't miss it, but I'm not sure what a tactful way to ask would be. I don't want to imply that a potential job is the only reason I've been volunteering (it's not, but also, they all but said that's not cool on the volunteer application even though they have mentioned in person strategies to get hired there, so...it's mixed?). Any advice on how to phrase this sort of thing? Or what not to say?

I think I want to say something like "I saw XXX is leaving and I'm wondering if you know or can tell me if a job opening may be posted. I might be interested in applying if one comes up."
I realize this is really informal, but they know me reasonably well. Thoughts?

So, I've taken to half-restoring/half-customizing ponies that are in reasonably good shape except for one big flaw, like haircuts or missing symbols. I've also been working on some purely customs, and yesterday, I finally finished a bunch of them:

Cloud Dreamer: Probably my favorite of all these. Got her in fantastic condition except her symbols were almost entirely rubbed off. I don't like the look of her original symbols anyway, so adapted them into something I think looks nicer and better uses her color scheme.

Boysenberry Pie: had to give her a new horn! So I added some chocolate drizzle to her symbol and gave her eyeshadow and berry "freckles". Still not sure if I should leave the hair as-is.

Sonic the Hedgehog tiny animals: I made a few of these a while ago from the G4 animals because they look almost identical, and now I've added the squirrel and sculpted the walrus/sea lion too go with them. It's my first time sculpting like this, so I'm really happy with it.

I got these in a lot of MLP items and I don't know what they are. The blue thing is marked LPS and I assume the hamster wheel is Littlest Pet Shop too. The pink...locker?..is that Polly Pocket? That show was inside it. I assume the wedding cake sticker isn't supposed to be on it since it's crooked and upside down. And those tiny figures, I have no clue what those are. Anyone know?

And anyone want these things? Otherwise, they'll just get re-donated.

A while ago, I got a PC on some SSSS accessories I wanted to sell, but shortly after that, I separately found the actual structure and some more accessories, plus Scoops. I was thinking of selling it all together as a set, but when I looked up the value of a whole thing, it looked like one still in the box only sold for about $30, while selling the pieces individually adds up to quite a bit more.

Is that right? What would you do?

I also have a half of another SSSS - just the base and front section, not yellowed, but missing one heart, and the joint/pivot is broken, but possibly fixable. Any thoughts on this too?
