Does anyone have any pictures?  If these are the bears I'm thinking of I longed for one as a little girl and used to always love looking at them in TRU.

I hear you!  I cried when my daughter first started school.  She is 4 and now loves it but she cried everyday for about 3 months when I had to leave her.

They grow up so fast but it's lovely to see them develop and form new friendships.  You do get used to the time when they are not there.

I still love picking her up everyday and seeing her face as soon as she comes out of the school door!

Time does fly!

What great pictures of some lovely castles  :lovey: I think it makes a great display but do wish Hasbro had made it more sturdy for a child to play with as my daughter's is forever falling apart when she tries to play with it.

I agree completely!  I'm forever putting the turrets, flags, door and legs back on my daughters castle.

She loves playing with it but I think they needed to make it sturdier and more like the G1 castle.

Congrats!

Off Topic / Reading suggestions?
« on: January 28, 2013, 02:03:56 AM »
Hi,

I love to read and do read almost everyday.  Admittedly I don't read as much after having my two daughters but I am currently at a loose end when choosing my next book.

I enjoy reading a variety of genres but I am not too keen on sci fi.

Could you please help me out and suggest one book each?  (If the book is part of a series then feel free to let me know the series name as well)

I love finding new books I may not have even looked twice at in the past.

Help me find my next read  :) :) :)

It's a pre school show,on UK channel CBeebies.  You will be able to find loads of the cartoons on YouTube.  My daughters love octonauts (aged 4&2). They have had the items out in the stores here for a couple of years here.  I have just bought a plushie for my daughters friends Christmas present.
