She IS marked as Hasbro but I can't see who/why/how/why/whyyyyy.

Never seen one like that? Looks pretty big too. Maybe it's one that was only sold in certain parts of the world?

It appears to be a HTI Twilight Sparkle figure. Is the star on the wing a sticker? It seems that those came with a variety of stickers, one appearing to be the same. As far as I can tell, I think that it's the 2017 version.
