The Cascade box is rarer than the Sprinkles box. It went through a flurry last year or the year before when it was quite expensive with box but then a bunch appeared so the price came down a bit. I know this because I collect boxes -.- although both my waterfalls actually live in the US box, I had to track down the two UK boxes and that was a lot of fun.
If the box is trashed it might affect the price. The issues with the Waterfall are the usual breaks around the rainbow, cloud etc - if it's not broken then you can probably get a decent price for it but I am not sure it is as high as suggested here, especially if there is no pony.
Where you are selling from also makes a difference here because of the shipping costs. If you're in the UK (where it came from) and only want to ship in the UK your price will come down as it's the only version sold in the UK. If you're in the UK and wanting to ship abroad then you need to check on packaging and size limits because it can be very expensive to ship if it crosses outside of Royal Mail's boundaries. If you are outside of the UK and shipping within your country then that might be different. The green base was only available in the UK as far as I know, most European releases had the white base, so I think your price depends on a market outside of the UK.
