So after seeing the blind bag pack, I really, really hope they release the wave 2 blind bags here. I only need 5 of them, and Blossomforth, the one and only wave 2 blind bag in that set happens to be one of them. Oh, and I have all the others and don't collect accessories so I'd love to avoid buying the set, but I'm not sure I'd be able to pass up finally finding a Blossomforth. I don't understand why they could use all wave 2 blind bags, or better yet, a mix of wave 2 and 3 so there can be some of the boys. I'm sure if they added Big Mac and Noteworthy to the set, it would sell so much better.

I really hope that after this wedding line, they start flushing in new ponies instead of main 6 this, main 6 that. Re-releasing Twilight, Celestia again without even adding a random dress or accessories, just a different box?! WTH!!

. . .  Did Twilight snag g3 Rarity's jewelry box for her wedding set?  Because, my gosh does that look familiar. 

Otherwise, I like the blind bag sets (and I don't own any so I might buy those.)  I wish they'd release something new for the wedding sets. . .  anything new. . .  even new accessories, instead of repainting and reusing old accessories from other lines.

I might buy the CMC as I skipped the school pals set.  And aren't there supposed to be other (new) bridesmaid and flower girl ponies?

Is it just my imagination, or does Twilight Sparkle (the Bridle Friends one) look like she doesn't have the same bad head/body mismatch problem as all the other Twilights that have been released?

Yes but all thats on Taobao is what must be Wave 1 of the Royal Wedding items - as in addition to the pics at the start of this post there are Fluttershy and Daisy Dreams Glimmer Wings in Royal Wedding branded boxes and the Celestia/TS/Spike Story Pack which has already been released but has now been re-boxed in Royal Wedding branding [because its getting a rerelease in the same case as the Flower Girls]

Unless Hasbro goes back to basics with various variations like G1 & 2 did or come up with a new approach, this line is going to crash and burn.


If it didn't work the first time with these re-releases, what makes them think that doing it again will make it work?!
