I am surprised that thing has a bid! That is terrifying.

I wonder if this is the ultimate factory error or if someone actually did this to them.

Interesting to say the least.
 
It's pretty clear that they popped a Ponyville RD's head off, thus the gap and put a Ponyville Pinkie Pie's head on there.  I could be wrong but that's what I am gathering from comparing pictures.
