Baby Squirmy hair color?

I've got a tailless baby Squirmy coming my way and I wanna give her a new tail. But I'm not sure what dollyhair color to use? I have some atomic turquoise, but I'm worried that it's actually water nixie - the one that's always sold out every time I look, haha.
