Re-Flocking ...?

So I want to re-flock my Magic Star I de-flock recently as she was in a bad shape

My questions are ..

How much Flocking do I need for one pony? (in Grams)

Is there any make you would recommend for the flocking?...bare in mind i'm in the UK so if their is a shop I can buy from rather than online that would be good 

Is Mod Podge the best glue to use? or is there another one just as good (& easier to get in the UK )
