Oh boy... the only ponies I've bought in 2012 were two for $1 from a friend's garage sale, and recently $3 on a bag of 3 ponies at value village.  I don't think this would be much of a challenge for me... and I don't think I'd want to have to say no to ponies if I did see them at my thrift store again.  It's been awhile.    But I love the idea.  I said I'd have to cut back this year anyway.

Hi, I'm Salli. [Everyone: "Hi, Salli"] and I'm a pony addict. My last purchase was two weeks ago.


Reading all these posts made me laugh so much. It's good to know I'm not the only addict, and I only collect baits! But I do have a ton of them. And I have 3 commissions to make plus about 5 million customs (only a slight exaggeration) for myself I want to make. I airbrushed the base coat on a few and have 4 more lined up for today.
I was really tempted yesterday and was scolding myself in my head for even thinking of buying more g3 baits. So I am in.


Is there a weekly check-in or something? I may need the extra support.

p.s. Tuney, it made me laugh to see your 'want list' posted beneath your first post about spending too much.

Ok, I won't be taking place, sorry, I don't buy hardly any ponies anymore anyway and when ponies are £1 are a car boot I can't pass them up as I do them up and sell them. Sorry.x

I've only just started extensive collecting, so I'd probably fail right away  Plus, I've discovered that buying ponies is my shopping therapy, and getting pony mail is great stress relief for me. I'm working on my final assignment for my final class in my business admin. degree and it's really getting to me. But then I got pony mail and it made me feel a lot better

I would join but it wouldn't be much of a challenge.. The last time I bought myself a pony was before Christmas, and no purchases are planned for my near future. I'm always too poor for fun spending anyway. I'm lucky to afford food!
