I have been a customer of dollyhair since 2009. Until this year, I've had fairly good experiences. But recently things have changed.
In November I ordered 5 hanks of Wisteria and a few weeks later ordered 1 hank of sunlight and one hank of moonight.
It took 3 weeks from the time my payment fully processed before the wisteria hair came. And when it came the following 5 bags weighed as such: 2 bags had only 6 grams of hair. the other 3 had less than 10 grams but more than 9 grams. This is in comparison to my previous orders all of which ranged from 14-20 grams.
When the Moonlight and Sunlight came, they were both light as well. both around 11 grams.
I have made many attempts to get a hold of Tina to resolve this issue. I sent her e-mail, pm, facebook message, posted on her facebook wall, and even tried calling her.
The most disappointing experience was calling her because her outgoing message on her machine says that you shouldn't leave a message on the machine since she won't check it. Just keep trying to call.
I no longer trust her to provide me with adequate amounts of hair per hank. And I certainly no longer trust her to provide customers with a way to resolve issues. I will not be using her in the future unless I see that things change for the better.
