Are all the NC Cherries Jubilees mexican? I bought one and she is my first NC. I have no information on her what so ever.

Could someone please tell me about this gorgeus and mysterious girl?

She is Mexican most of the Mexican ponies have plain flat feet (some have CF feet) only a number of the collectors pose ponies got a stamp of any sorts

Spain NC Cherries has hasbro (date) (c) under her hoof

So, not all NC Cherries are Spanish

There are some Venezuelan CJs that are No Country as well, but as pkw says, your girl is definitely Mexican due to the flat feet

She's in lovely condition for a Mexi, too! They usually have such bad staining and rubbed symbols...you're very fortunate to have such a gorgeous girl
