I liked this set enough that I made a video review of it.  Includes close-ups of all their symbols and info on how to get their robes off, because it might not be immediately evident.

Great Review! I commented on the video but I will add here that the method they devised for removing the clothes is very odd. I can imagine games using this set in which someone decides that losing her tail is a quirk of the character.

I am not into D&D but I keep getting more and more tempted. Especially since I found out they are a larger size and not g4 brushable size.

My Target finally got in the latest unicorns and Pegasus! I was starting to worry because they had filled the usual spot with a card game but on my last visit I found them on another end cap 2 down with no tag.
Mine did the same thing, other products have been in the MLP space for months now. I was able to get 3 out of 4. Just missing Sparkler now.
A week after I bought my set, I saw that they had put out a second set in the normal spot this time. And then the last time I went, I saw that they had all sold out again except for a Gusty. There may be another collector in town. I’m just glad that they are being bought so that Target continues to stock them.

Yes! The cross body! These are really the only bags I use
I could just put one long strap on my current bags. Or make a very simple messenger bag with a decorated flap cover.
I will have to message you when I get paid, if you did do customs! I think they're super pretty and would love to commission you if you were up for it!
It would depend on what I have going on at the time but, sure, contact me when you are ready.

I started making these bags to sell at a convention and of course, it's going to be another year before I'll get to go. So I've decided to go ahead and sell some online. They are designed and made by myself. They are made of denim and cotton with a cotton lining. Interfacing for support and a layer of batting so that the inside feels soft. They each have a zipper and a pocket. A picture of the front under the spoiler. Additional pictures are posted in the listing. I’m just glad to hear about new characters. To be honest, using the mane six to transition into a new cast is really the best I was hoping for. I knew Hasbro wouldn’t completely cut ties with FIM and was just hoping we weren’t going to just get the mane 6 redesigned again.
In regards to generation names: Hasbro is calling the movie and beyond “G5”. Now that Hasbro has officially weighed in, what previously defined generations no longer matters. Hasbro is now in charge of the naming convention.
As I said, I’m just happy that MLP isn’t going to go the route of other franchises like TMNT where every iteration is just a redesign of the exact same handful of characters.

My Sprinkles has discolored blotches around her wings and that appears to be an exact match. Put me on the side of wanting to move away from the “destiny” side of symbols. I generally just want beautifully designed toys and would be ok if the franchise just moved back towards not really mentioning them in the media much.
Plus, as I mentioned in other threads, I regret that some of the other species depicted in the show didn’t get cutie marks which I attribute to it being only a special pony thing. In G5, I want all toys to have a symbol even if they aren’t ponies. (Intelligent or large characters, not little animal pets that are already tiny.)
But I still do want symbols/cutie marks. I would never want Hasbro to just drop the concept altogether because I consider it one of the core aspects of what makes a pony a “My Little Pony” and not just another colorful pony toy.
I have never been a fan of “cutie mark.” I have come to accept using it in regards to G4 since it is so integral to the mythos.
