Mine didn't load for a while, have you tried totally shutting off your phone/iPod? It worked fine after that.

I've tried every trick in the book. Close all apps, put it in airplane mode, and then do a total shutdown of the iPad (holding down the home and power buttons at the same time), still no good. In theory I have a backup of my older save file on my Mac laptop, but I don't know if I care enough to bother. Other than the "Raise new ponies to 5 stars!" quests in Canterlot, I was in aquarium mode, so I got about as much out of it as I probably could.

Still a little sad about it, though.

The sound has stopped working on my game..... It's not my phone because the sound still works on other games and apps. Anybody else have this problem?

I've sent lots of friend invitations but I don't have any accepted yet. I think there's something wrong with Gameloft's friends system. :/ And I find it most annoying that you can so easily miss-click and spend crystals on something stupid... I've lost several already x_x

Yes, the friends system is a little wonky. For me, sometimes it show my friends and other times it does not. I sent you a friend request though!

If you open up a support call with them, thry usually reimburse then. I've done that a few times now.

So I see there was just an update for the game... not much in it though. Disappointed that only one new pony is bits though, and none for hearts, plus I already did all yhe sunset shimmer quests, but still.

I'm done.  I had to set my Kindle Fire back to default because I was having problems with it saying it had no internal memory left no matter how much I deleted off it.  All of my games gave me no problems after I reinstalled them...except MLP-Friendship is Magic.  It started me all over again, even after I signed back into my Gameloft account.  A little research told me that the game does not save your progress online, but instead saves it right to whatever device you are playing it on, so if you have to reformat...POOF, all gone.  No thanks.  I am not redoing 8 months of work.  I deleted the game and that's it.  It's a shame, too.  What a disappointment.  I even had Sunset Shimmer's house under construction and she was on her way.  Blah....

So Aloe and Lotus are in the game now, for about 130 gems between them.

...it's like they sat in a room somewhere and tried to figure out exactly which ponies I might possibly be willing to spend real money for.

EDIT: But then the movie theater decided to start giving me two gems every time I watch a movie, whether I've watched it before or not. I could get used to this!

No, the update didn't get rid of my over-abundance of Twilight Sparkles.  There's still tons of them, and I only receive 3 of Twilight's elements of harmony shards a day.  I hate that!

I still cannot access my list of friends.  That's frustrating me to no end:(
