Weird paypal issue?

I've tried multiple times to add my new checking account and my new savings account to Paypal. Each time, they get the correct bank (US Bank), and claim they've sent money to verify - but it never shows up. Ages later, Paypal finally gives up.

Has anyone else ever had this issue?

I keep trying to remove my old bank from the Paypal account.

  I added a new bank account, but it will not let me delete the old one (which is now closed).

  I emailed their help center.  I'm awaiting a response!

ive been having problems with invoices,

like is some one requests a payment , it dosent show up,   i ended up having to uses the "send money" options  instead of  reciveing an invoice / request to make payment.

Paypal is awful. 

I'm forced to keep mine after having so many issues because there are no other widely accepted alternative sites to use on Ebay ( Ebay owns Paypal? ), Etsy and other popular sites.

I had bought some stuff from a seller at the trading post, and because of an over zealous fraud alert ( because I had not deleted old bank account and PP used this as the first form of payment instead of my new card/account ) it really mucked things up for the seller.

I had to be on the phone with a hard to understand operator ( and hung up to get a different operator! ) just to be able to undo the damage this whole mess did to my account and the sellers. They had put her account into the negative and mine also... then froze my account until I had spent another three hours getting everything straightened out. 

I really wish there was an alternative to Paypal.

The only thing I can think of that maybe the problem is, Did you make your new checking information your Primary and delete the old?  It may still be picking up your old account info and trying to send it to that.  Thus it not going through.

I hate to say it but I had the same issue years ago when I set up my paypal. 
I had to call Paypal, a ton, nothing seemed to work but then one day it finally made it through.
I know that's not helpful but at least your not alone.

I've also been having different issues.  It won't verify my alternate credit card.  So it's making me do echecks for everything.  Pain in the booty for all concerned.

My issue is that it won't let me delete my old credit card. I also had a little trouble verifying my new credit card. I actually called my credit card company first to help me make sure that the pending charges would go through the old credit card first. Then when those cleared I added the new credit card and started using that. But I had to wait a couple of days. Still not sure why this helped but it did for me. *scratches head*

But still won't let me delete my old one. I still have to make sure I don't use my old one because it's no longer valid.

Not sure if it would help but maybe contacting your bank to see if they see any attempted deposits by Paypal and they are refusing for some reason.

This whole thing is crazy. I've never had many issues with Paypal, but I've also barely used them.

This thread makes me glad of that! Still trying to get this to work, ugh.
