Can someone in US, ship me something please? (Dog clothes)

I'm wanting to order from Dog.com, shipping to England is about $55 but to US its only $6.99,

I only want about 7 small dog coats for a pug, should cost about $10-$15 to England as very lightweight.

Would anyone be willing to order the items for me, and ship them on to england ?
