I'm hoping to restore my G1 Baby Glory but need to find out who on the net sells fine Glitter and all colors of the mlp universe?? What techniques do you use when putting on Glitter?
Thanks

I get all my glitter from Glitter Hippo. I don't have a glory to look at but this color (https://glitterhippo.com/shimmer-glitter-purple-haze/) looks like it might match?
As far as technique, I use a thin layer of glue and dump the glitter on, wait a few seconds, and then dump it off. You can use a paintbrush to brush away any that static clings. Then set aside and let dry for 24 hours. Then I use a clear sealer over it, and let that dry for another 24 hours.

Thank you BlackCurtains That does look like the correct Color :D & thanks for teaching me a Technique :D
should I sunfade her or leave her as she is? she dosent have major problems... Great eyes and hair.
one other question Are all MLP Glitters Shimmer Glitters on Glitter Hippo? or do they very in type?
-
She looks okay to me? If you want to sunfade, go ahead, but make sure to cover her eyes and hair.
Glitter Hippo specializes in different types of glitter. The "normal" glitter is the Shimmer, Pastel Pearl and Crystal. I like the Shimmer the best. It's not like official MLP colors or anything, but between those three categories, you should be able to find a color that matches a pony.

Thank you BlackCurtains sooo much!!!!! I hadn't a clue on how to Re-Glitter before but now I do...
I just looked into this website http://www.mlppreservationproject.com/body again and I could never wrap my head around what they ment by the proccess of sunfading but now I finally Understand it LOL
So I'll do that too before I reglitter Baby Glory :D

I once got the glitters for all ponies in the correct shades - if I remember from ebay but that was long time ago. I know that Baby Glory is one of the 30 glitter ponies that has a mix of 2 colors: purple and silver. Only 8 ponies don't. Also micro glitter is important.
I use the same technique for application like BC.
You can sunfade her sure - but be careful - white ponies might get brown in sunlight.

Thank you pandabear_chan :D
& BC I'll try getting the supplies sometime this up coming month... As for sunfading I'm pretty sure how to do it... its just should i do it... now
Edit:
she may not need the sunfading ...

Well Baby Glory's Symbol is Complete.
What do you think?

She looks great!

Thank you BC & Griffin!
I used a combine Technique Thanks to BC & Draco from the MLP Trading Post... So I brought mod Podge & painted it on to the pony first then sprinkled the glitter onto the pony waiting a few min then I used another brush to get the access glitter off then I took a tooth pick and straightened the lines then, waited 24 hours to fully dry, then I used the clear coat...

I'm a bit late to the party, but when I made a g1-as-g3 adult Glory, I used metallic paints first, then put the microglitter on using the sealer, and added another layer of sealer once that was done. I know the original swap partner had to sell her, so I sadly don't know who has her these days.
