Clay figure repair

I got this Fluttershy figure from Nazegoreng/NazFX years ago. It survived shipping from Australia and two drops onto a cement floor without completely shattering, though as you can see it's been superglued one too many times. Her mane fell off with a light touch.
Any ideas as how I can reattach her mane? Or at least remove those old bits of superglue so I can try that again?
Thanks

Never use Superglue on clay. Polymer clay is plastic and super glue eats plastic. You can get rid of it with acetone.

I would use white craft glue and hold it on with a rubber band or something. Leave it sit for 24 hours. The glue will dry clear.

Noted on the superglue tip, I'll try the acetone treatment. Though some of the clay (If it even is clay...) is painted, I should be careful enough to avoid messing the paint job.

It looks like Super Sculpey to me where it broke off. Yes, be careful with the paint. I'd use a cotton swab dipped in the acetone.

Well the glue worked, least for now. I couldn't get rubber bands to hold the mane in place, so I wedged her in a corner. Took a day to fully dry, and she's staying on that shelf for a while. I'm hoping to not move her.
Thanks again for the tips.
