Disney store returns?

Has anyone had problems with this?

Someone returned a doll in the US on my behalf on 1st April and I still haven't heard from Disney store if they got it and had no refund!

What do I do?

I emailed them and they asked or a tracking number but I don't think my friend was given one by the post office and she used the Disney stores own return label!!

*cry* it's a $100....I guess I'll just have to write it off?

I can't speak for the Disney store, but at my work it can take up to 10 working days to register a return.
Sounds crazy, but it you knew some of the tricks people pull - each parcel has to be checked and we receive thousands. It's been easter too.

I have no idea how Disney's return policy is.  I have not bought from there in years. :(

Phew literally just got an email from Disney store, she arrived yesterday!!! Panic over!!

*sigh of relief* I'm so glad she got returned safely and everything is ok :hug:  that would have been a lot of money to lose. I often buy from the disney store , but I've never had to do a return to them before. I think its just that it takes longer to register a return  like Sebby said ;)

Sigh the drama isn't over they're claiming that they sent 2 dolls (1 as a replacement for the first that didnt arrive when UPS said it had been delivered) BUT I emailed them and said not to send a replacement as the first one arrived just after I emailed them to say she was missing!!! Ugh
